Prenatal & postpartum specific training

As a certified prenatal & postpartum fitness specialist, I understand how imperative it is to strengthen & maintain the inner most “core” muscles. This includes working our breath work, deep abdominal & pelvic floor connection. Each individual and phase of pregnancy has a unique program design. You’ll learn so much about your own body, muscle mechanics, ways to alleviate pregnancy aches/pains & daily practices. Do all of this while keeping both you & babe healthy! Not to mention one of the many benefits of keeping active during pregnancy is to help with mental health, including possible post-partum depression. As an expecting mother myself (July 2022) I’m beyond excited for this journey and being able to experience all this knowledge myself.
