Nice to meet you, fellow warrior!
As owner and head instructor, I, Courtney, want you to know what Warrior Training & Fitness is all about. I completely understand everyone starts somewhere. Before I fell in love with exercise, I fully believed the same old school mentality that still lingers today - women should do nothing but cardio & eat just above starving. But, that is NOT how Warriors train. Through my own journey I learned the importance of strength, endurance, flexibility and, above all, properly fueling my body. Now, being a certified coach in multiple areas, I aim to kick the old school mentality to boot & prove what it truly means to be healthy as individuals. As a Warrior myself, I earned my black belt in Krav Maga after 3 years of consistently training hard. When not working out or helping others, I love constantly learning new things, listening to all types of music, spending time with my friends and family. At home we’re always up for tackling new projects, loving our sweet husky, Mila, & our 5 chickens.
