Since WT&F offers you numerous ways to reach your goals, here are some quick descriptions to help you choose the best option according to your lifestyle. Visit the Warrior Training & Fitness store to purchase the best option that suits YOU.

Group Class Training -

Rise ‘n Grind (R‘nG): (Mon.- Fri. women only. Saturdays men & women welcome) Functional fitness and old school lifting mix together for the ultimate bootcamp class. Designed to enhance weightloss, strength, & endurance. Each class will have an adjustable yet challenging workout for every body and free-will water breaks.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturdays tend to include more cardio/intensity. Tuesdays you’ll find a slower pace with majority strength training and technique focus. Thursdays are the slowest pace with a full hour of mobility, stability & core. See Schedule.

 

Battle ‘n Conquer (B‘nC): (both men & women welcome) Evening class. Similar to R‘nG - Functional fitness and old school lift mix together for the ultimate bootcamp class. Designed to enhance weightloss, strength, & endurance. Each class will have an adjustable yet challenging workout for every body and free-will water breaks

**Due to sanitary reasons all classes with be held with appropriate spacing. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, proper gym wear, sneakers & an optional towel. Equipment will be provided, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you have any dumbbells/kettlebells/resistance bands. PERSONAL TRAINING - ONE ON ONE

Personal training is the best option for those seeking one on one attention, hectic scheduling, or specific goals. All personal training packages include tracking progress in the form of weight, body fat %, BMI, measurements, physical abilities, and *pictures. Together we will discuss SMART goals and how to maintain them. Your one on one sessions will teach you proper form, appropriate set/reps, modifications, and provide step by step help toward perfection.

PERSONAL TRAINING - Partners

Personal training with a partner is great for any two buddies looking to get healthier & have fun doing it! This option allows for all the perks of personal training, at half the cost! You and your buddy are able to split the cost yet still work towards your own customized goals. Whether you’re a beginner or athlete - I’ll make sure each of you gets to where you want to be!
